I have a horse with EPM and was told by a friend that alpha lipoic acid sometimes helps. I knew Lactalex had that ingredient, so I decided to try it. I've seen the most improvement in his recovery since starting him on it. Don't get me wrong, it didn't miraculously fix all his problems, but I honestly think it's helping with muscle/nerve recovery.

Used to use the packets, switched to scoop powder this last time. This is the only thing that helps with his back soreness throughout long shows.
