HOW TO USE EQUIBLOK™
How To Administer: Remove plastic outer casing. Using gloves, apply a small amount of Vaseline to lubricate the rectum, similar to preparing for taking a rectal temperature. Simply insert bullet shaped suppository nose-first into the rectum using gloved forefinger to advance past the rectal muscle. Monitor horse for a few minutes as absorption begins to be sure suppository is not discharged with manure. Absorption is usually accomplished within 15-20 minutes.
Pre-Event Use: Administer 1 suppository per 24 hours beginning 2 days prior to event. May continue as needed through event. Results of each suppository last up to 48 hours.Maintenance Use: Load with 1 suppository per 24 hours for 3 days. Cumulative results last up to 5 days after last application.

These tabs are great for when I plan to work my semi-retired mare. She exhibits no soreness after our sessions.
