HOW TO USE PERFECT PREP EQ™ SANE & SOUND MAX

Suggested Use: Maximum effects of the first dose are evident 4 hours after administration. Effects of repeated doses are evident after 2 hours. Effects are cumulative. For maximum support, give 1/2 to 1 full tube (30cc-60cc) every 8 to 12 hours as needed during the event. Time last dose 3 to 4 hours prior to performance.

 

Effects may last for up to 18 hours after the last dose. Repeat during each performance day. Adjust for desired results. Administer carefully to assure swallowing. Flows best at room temperature. Compatible with any Perfect Prep EQ™ formula.

    Dialing in on new mare's needs

    I've been a big believer in Perfect Products calming pastes, especially ProChill, for the last few years. I purchased a new mare that I started showing in versatility ranch in March. ProChill helped her, but I still felt like she needed a little bit more to help with her showground anxiety and to be settled for the reining, trail and pleasure classes without being too dull for high intensity cow classes. At our last show, I did my normal ProChill routine of 1/2 a tube AM & PM starting with the day we trailered in, but on the two nights before showing, I substituted 1/2 a tube of Sane and Sound Max in place of the ProChill. She came out each morning feeling super settled without any of the showground anxiety I had felt during the previous 4 shows this year. I've come to believe sometimes we have to find the right mix to help our horses get dialed in and know we're on the right track!

    My horse runs hot and on the spicy side, and we went to a new, very large venue for a show. I tried the Perfect Prep Sane and Sound paste and it worked wonders to take the edge off and it allowed my gelding to relax and we were able to successfully work together for a wonderful show!

    Helps take off the edge

    I've been using Sane & Sound for years to help my gelding when heading to a show. I give a tube the night before and the day of travel and it's very helpful!

    The "Perfect Prep" for Brownie!

    Brownie gets one tube 3-4 hours before working when he's at horse shows. It's been great for helping him focus in the show ring. We also love the paste because he's not young anymore (though he is in his mind!) and the Sane and Sound helps his body and his mind. This product is super and we recommend to everyone looking for something to help their horses in the show ring!

    Love This Product

    I've been using Sane and Sound for years when I go to shows. I've not given it and regretted it! It makes a big difference. Usually, I give it the night before we leave, so it's already working when we get to the showgrounds. My gelding isn't the biggest fan of the paste (I think it coats his mouth like a big spoonful of peanut butter would), but he will always let me give it to him.

    I use Sound and Sane prior to showing Guaranteed By Walla in Stock Horse/Versatility Ranch Horse Shows. He is with me in the show pen the whole time and can go from high energy in the Box Drive Box Drive to winning the Trail class!
