HOW TO USE PERFECT PREP EQ™ TRAINING DAY+ PELLETS

Loading Level: For maximum effect, administer 2 scoops morning and 2 scoops evening for 3 consecutive days. Then reduce for maintenance.

 

Maintenance Level: Evaluate response after loading period. Reduce dosage to 1-2 scoops morning and 1-2 scoops evening to find optimum maintenance level. Note: For afternoon rides, add another feeding 2 hours prior for best results.

    Yes can be pricey in the long run but this product line works wonder if you follow the directions. NOT a quick fix sedative, takes time to build up in the system & works best after several days of use. We use this entire calming line on all ages of horses & levels of showing with great success. I give this to colts for when we first start them or when we turn up the pressure or during their first couple shows. We give this to Ex racehorses in rehab or re-training. I use this on my HOT HOT HOT barrel mare. FOR SHOWS/EVENTS : Put your horse on this twice a day a week out. 2 days before switch to Gold twice a day. Night before & morning of use Supreme or Extreme. You can leave horses in training, rehab, stall rest etc on this for several weeks no issues. We alternate every couple weeks when leaving a horse on this throughout the season.

    Perfect Prep is a must have for our horse. He loved it, I think because of the Jamba Juice like smell. It’s a treat to him. I just get sad when I can’t get the 10lb and I have to buy 2 of the 5lbs. We cannot run out of this. So I buy frequently.

    Absolutely love this product for my mare who is sensitive and spooky. I have been using it continuously for 12 months now and the growth in my horses confidence and consistent good rides has been amazing. She is relaxed and more confident when jumps and poles are moved around in the arena which she used to spook about. I believe this has been an essential ingredient along with my time and patience helping my mare enjoy being a horse again.

    Works great

    I tried this supplement for a sensitive Thoroughbred gelding who has a pretty serious spook in him. There has been much improvement with his behavior since starting these pellets. Being an older adult rider I needed a more reliable partner and was considering selling the horse until I tried him on the Training Day but now it looks like he can be a keeper.

    My hot horse usually has a very strong opinion about things and, if requests aren’t made the way he likes, he’s quick to hold a grudge. Snow coming off the arena roof is just not okay! He’s been able to share a brief opinion then re-focus and get back to work. Fantastic!
