HOW TO USE LACTALEX™
Pre-Event Use: Feed 1 scoop/packet of pellets the evening before performance and one 1 scoop/packet the morning of performance. Administer additional scoops/packets to boost post-performance muscle recovery.
Maintenance: Feed up to 1 scoop/packet of pellets per day with morning feed as required for daily maintenance.

I probably use Lactalex most. I love that it offers a lot of muscle support and a lot of muscle recovery. These horses are athletes. They're going out there and working hard. Lactalex is a big help for me with keeping them feeling their best and performing on a day to day basis, especially when we're at a competition, when they're in new footing, new places, and standing on concrete all day long. It's just anything I can do to help them in that way.
I give it during the show weeks and I think my horses really seem to stay super powerful throughout the week, and I don't feel like they start to get tired by the last day of jumping.

A horse in my life is just tight. He looked like a bodybuilder at 4, fresh in from the field to be backed, and has a huge powerful topline. The cost of that is that he's not the most elastic on the face of the earth, and when we add in the inevitable stress of a horse show, he can be a bit sticky in his body. Lactalex helps give him some suppleness back when we are away from home, and he's had his best dressage scores on it!
My horse Retelle did very well this past week on Lactalex. 3 days of schooling, 3 hard dressage lessons plus a horse trial at the end of the week and his body/behavior was MUCH improved from this time last year. Love Lactalex!

Fantastic product! I often tell my clients to use Lactalex when Robaxin and methocarbamol are not permitted. Works just as well.
