HOW TO USE PERFECT PREP EQ™ EXTREME
ADMINISTER 90 MINS PRIOR TO RIDING
Suggested Use: For maximum effect use 80cc (one full oral syringe) 90 minutes prior to activity. Adjust for desired results. Effects begin 1 hour after administration and can last up to 6 hours. Feed carefully to assure swallowing. Flows best at room temperature.

This is my go-to calming paste for horse shows and hunter paces. My horse gets very anxious when she senses we are going to be trailering somewhere. I give her this about an hour before and she always gets on the trailer well and comes off more relaxed when we get to our destination. Now that she's older I mostly use it to keep her from worrying too much during the trailer ride so she does not use up all of her energy before our show or pace. She seems to like the taste of this paste, which is good since it is a lot to give, but it does make her drool excessively after giving it. The drool goes away after an hour though.

My horse trains like a Champ, but take her to the show ring, and well, Who Are You?? Crazy, bucking, distracted, after all our work? Perfect Prep is a game changer. We tried it for the last show and not only got 2 first place's, but high score of the show! Love this product and won't show without it!

I have used this multiple times for fireworks, stall rest, and horse shows. Takes the edge off allows my little mare to focus on something other than anxiety.
I have used Perfect Prep Extreme at two horse shows so far and I plan to continue to use it. I show in the hunters and my horse would become easily distracted by things outside of the show ring. When I used the Perfect Prep Extreme he seemed very focused on his job and not what was happening back at the barn. He still had great energy and was not lethargic or dull to the jumps. I would like to use it a few more times before I give it a full 5 stars but so far I am impressed with the results.
I purchased this product for a horse that has nervousness around new surroundings. It is the only thing that works for her so we will be buying it more.
I used this on my gelding that gets excited in situations where there are a lot of things going on. He was able to relax and I got to enjoy not having to fight him to keep him focused. If you keep it at room temperature it is fairly easy to administer.
I didn't think this product would work so I tried it one am before a show and I really didn't see a difference. I don't think I gave it enough time as the show was very ahead of schedule, so I tried it the next show. What a difference it made. I had a hard time keeping him moving on the lunge line. I didn't take his nervousness completely away but it sure did help.
