Did the trick
My mare is dead broke and quiet at home, but becomes anxious and unable to focus at shows. She constantly anticipates, chews and pulls on the bit, and surges into her transitions. I gave her half a tube of this the night before show day per my vet's recommendation, and it made a definite noticeable difference! She was still a little antsy at the walk, but overall she showed better than she ever has and the judges rewarded her for it. It didn't make her lazy or lethargic at all.. it just made her act more like she does when she is at home. Next time I'm going to give this the night before and dose her with the Extreme the morning of, to see if it gives me better results since she was still a little bit antsy. Overall, very satisfied with the product. I do have to note that I also tried it on my 3 year old gelding. It did absolutely nothing for him. However, this was his first time going to a show under saddle and he was extremely tense and nervous. He was basically unrideable, so I didn't end up showing him under saddle. I only gave a half a tube, so the next time I bring him to a show I'll try a whole tube and maybe some extreme in the morning. It should be noted that this isn't a miracle product.. if your horse is being completely explosive, it probably will not help. Only training and experience will help with that! I still give it 5 stars, because it does what it is intended to do.. which is to take the edge off and help the horse focus.
